Arlington MA, 02472<\/p>\n<p>Romania, the land of dark and spooky legends, has a rich tapestry of traditions around death, afterlife, and all kinds of spirits, with boundaries between living and the dead being porous. The living actively influence the dead\u2019s fate through rituals, ensuring harmony between the worlds. Some of those rituals are remembered around Halloween and All Saints\u2019 Day.<\/p>\n<p>The concert will include Romanian folk songs as well as Mussorgsky\u2019s Songs and Dances of Death cycle. Performers include Dana Pentia, Olga Rogach, Andreea Dersidan, and others. Free admission but as always donations are appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>The program is:<\/p>\n<p>1.
